Arnaud Pieton

Chief Executive Officer

Arnaud Pieton is Chief Executive Officer of Technip Energies and an executive director of the Board.

He served as President of TechnipFMC’s Subsea business segment from 2018 to 2020. From 2017 to 2018, Arnaud Pieton held the position of Executive Vice President People & Culture of TechnipFMC. From 2004 to 2017, Arnaud Pieton served in a number of leadership positions at Technip, including as President Asia Pacific region.

Arnaud Pieton spent most of his career living abroad, with long-term assignments in Houston, USA and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Prior to joining Technip in 2004, he held several positions at Serimax, part of Vallourec Group.

Arnaud Pieton holds a master’s degree in material science & welding from Polytech Nantes and attended executive education programs at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also serves as President of the France-Qatar council for the French Business Confederation (MEDEF).

Marco-Tiziano Barone

Chief Legal Officer

Marco-Tiziano Barone is Chief Legal Officer of Technip Energies.

He joined Technip Energies in 2013 as Legal and Compliance Manager on the Yamal LNG joint venture. Between 2015 and 2022, he held various management positions within the Legal function and occupied key roles on several major projects and transactions for the Group. In 2022, he was appointed Vice President Legal for the Gas & Low Carbon Energies business line. Since 2023, he has served as Group Company Secretary, overseeing securities and securities reporting.

Prior to joining Technip Energies, Marco-Tiziano Barone started his career with Saipem, where he held several positions in Italy, Singapore, Norway, Luxemburg and Paris.

Marco-Tiziano Barone holds a law degree from the Federico II University of Naples and a master’s degree in public management from the Bocconi School of Management in Milan.

Magali Castano

Chief People Officer

Magali Castano is Chief People Officer of Technip Energies, having previously served as Senior Vice President of People & Culture.

She served as Vice President People & Culture of TechnipFMC’s Onshore/Offshore activities (now Technip Energies) since March 2020. Prior to this role, Magali Castano served as TechnipFMC’s Vice President Human Resources & Communications Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa from January 2017 and as Vice President People Development, Corporate, from January 2018. From 2011 to December 2016, she served in various Human Resources leadership positions at Technip, including as Head of Talent Management Region Europe, Africa and India and as Vice President Talent Management, Corporate.

Prior to joining Technip, Magali Castano served for 10 years in various Human Resources management positions in Shell’s Downstream Europe organization. She started her career in Human Resources at PSA Group. Magali Castano holds a master’s degree in business from HEC Paris.

Loïc Chapuis

President Project Delivery & Services

Loïc Chapuis is President Project Delivery & Services. He joined Technip Energies in 2006 serving corporate activities in strategic development for two years. From 2007 until 2012, he held various business and development positions for major projects both in Paris and Asia, including the Shell Prelude FLNG project. Between 2012 and 2021, Loïc Chapuis was involved in several operational roles on large onshore and offshore projects from Project Control to Project Director and was part of the Yamal LNG and Arctic LNG2 ventures. In 2021, he was appointed to the roles of Senior Vice President of the Paris Business Unit and Technip France Managing Director. In 2022, he was Senior Vice President of the Gas & Low-Carbon Energies business line. Since 2023, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Technip Energies.

Loïc Chapuis holds a master’s degree in engineering from École Polytechnique Paris and a master’s degree in business and strategy from HEC Paris.

Patrik Frisk

President Adjacent Business Models of Technip Energies and Chief Executive Officer of Reju

Patrik Frisk is the CEO of new innovator, Reju, a recently launched company that will allow polyester to be recycled at unprecedented speed and scale.

Patrik has over thirty years’ experience of working in the apparel and footwear industries for globally recognised brands.

Most recently Patrik held the role of CEO at Under Armour for over five years and previous to this, held senior leadership roles at companies including VF Corporation (The North Face, Timberland, JanSport), the Aldo Group and W.L Gore & Associates, the makers of Gore-Tex.

His extensive experience in the apparel sector enables him to bring a wealth of valuable insights to the fibre-to-fibre recycling sector, placing Reju in a unique position to drive the fashion industry's transition towards circular materials. 

Patrik is a Board Member of Dometic Group and USWE Sports AB.

Benjamin Lechuga

Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer

Benjamin Lechuga is Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer of Technip Energies. His teams are responsible for driving the Strategy, M&A, Sustainability and Digital agendas. He spent the first part of his career with Shell in the UK in the Gas and Power division working on large LNG projects in Africa, Asia and the Americas, as well as in Shell Trading. From 2007 to 2013, he held management roles in Paris for Société Générale AM/4D Global Energy Capital, a private equity fund dedicated to the energy value chain, and for Areva Renewables delivering strategic planning and business development initiatives. In 2014, Benjamin Lechuga joined the financial advisory business at Deloitte in Switzerland, where he developed strategy, performance improvement and M&A advisory activities in the energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors.

Benjamin Lechuga graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris.

Bruno Vibert

Chief Financial Officer and acting as President Technologies & Products

Bruno Vibert is Chief Financial Officer of Technip Energies and acting as President Technologies & Products. He previously served as Vice President Finance for TechnipFMC’s Onshore/Offshore business (now Technip Energies) from 2017 to 2020. Bruno Vibert joined Technip in 2014 serving as Chief Accounting and Treasury Director for the North America region up to 2016 when he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Yamal LNG Project.

Prior to joining Technip, Bruno Vibert was a partner at Fair Links and senior manager at Ernst & Young, where he specialized in the energy industry after beginning his career at Arthur Andersen. Bruno Vibert holds a master's degree in finance from ESCP Europe in Paris and holds an advanced degree in accounting and finance (DESCF).
