Technip Energies will attend the African Energy Week (AEW) as a Gold sponsor.

The event will take place across 2 venues (The Westin hotel & CTICC conference center), Cape Town, South Africa.

AEW is the African Energy Chamber’s annual event, uniting African energy leaders, global investors and executives from across the public and private sector for four days of intense dialogue on the future of the African energy industry. An interactive conference, exhibition and networking event, AEW was established in 2021 under the premise to make energy poverty history by 2030, hosting panel discussions, investor forums, industry summits and one-on-one meeting opportunities, and driving the discussions that will reshape the trajectory of the continent’s energy development.

At the forefront of the African energy industry and value chain, this year’s edition will promote the role Africa plays in global energy matters, centered around African-led dialogue and decision making.

Invest in Mozambique Energies

Sponsored by ENH

Over 180 trillion cubic feet of estimated natural gas reserves have made Mozambique one of the most attractive gas plays globally. With the recent start-up of its Coral Sul FLNG facility, Mozambique became

the sixth large-scale LNG producer on the African continent, signaling opportunities for other projects in the Rovuma Basin to resume development. Meanwhile, projected gas revenues – valued at $95 billion over

25 years – offer the ability to foster long-term economic diversification, job creation, skills development and industrial growth. This session will identify investment opportunities to build Mozambique’s domestic

gas/gas-to-power market, fuel gas exports to energy-hungry regions like Europe, and develop associated industries such as commercial farming, manufacturing and petrochemicals.

  • Lorenzo Disaro – Offshore LNG BD & Sales Manager

Hall 1B – CTICC - 14:00 -15:00

Strategic Session 1.3.14

Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Forum

The LNG forum will explore the multifaceted role of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in driving economic growth, enhancing energy security, and shaping global trade dynamics. The discussion will cover topics

related to supply and demand dynamics, pricing trends, socio-economic benefits, and LNG’s potential in diversifying energy sources.
