Blocking challenge
High-clarity and thin polyolefin, polyester and polyamide films are inherently prone to blocking—the unwanted adhesion between opposing film surfaces. This phenomenon is most prevalent during film winding operations and, if unaddressed, causes severe handling problems during both film fabrication and final conversion processes.
