Rooted in the principles of knowledge sharing and collaboration, this annual event highlights our innovative technologies and our ongoing pursuit of engineering excellence.

Technology Day aligns with our strategy to grow Technology, Products and Services (TPS) offerings and to continue to innovate to improve our technology portfolio, as well as to protect and develop Intellectual Property. Technology and patented inventions are crucial to our business, enabling large projects and new clients.

It is also an opportunity to celebrate our technology and technical experts. Showcasing and connecting technical employees helps us ensure we engage, attract and retain the best technical talents.

We want employees to feel more connected, motivated, and gain knowledge of the people and technologies Technip Energies offers, as well as become more united behind our collective effort to engineer a sustainable future. Technology Day is dedicated to our employees, showcasing expertise, highlighting inventors and global team skills.

Over the course of one and a half days, the event brings together a global community of experts to engage with employees, exchange ideas, and showcase the cutting-edge solutions that drive our industry forward:

• Global webinars feature topics related to our technologies and inventors, with speakers from diverse regions sharing their insights.
• Locally, many Technip Energies centers host in-person events such as technical presentations, "coffee with experts", moderated conversations with expert panelists, live interviews, and exhibitions displaying our latest innovations, as well as technical knowledge and expertise.
• The event also serves as a platform to recognize our inventors with inventor recognition ceremonies held in many of our offices.
