Technip Energies’ volunteers improve life for more than 30,000 people in India

Technip Energies employees have helped to improve the lives of over 30,000 people in India thanks to more than 1,000 hours of voluntary CSR activity.

Initiatives have taken place at locations across the country where Technip Energies is involved in projects. They have included:

  • Education – In Numaligarh, Assam support for seven local schools helped more than 2500 children. In Paradip, Barmer, and Panipat schools received digital learning aids like smart displays and computers, as well as upgraded facilities - around 1,500 underprivileged and specially abled children benefited. In Ahmedabad, 189 young learners at Ratanpur Primary School and 51 at Bal Vatika kindergarten received school bag kits.
  • Healthcare – In Paradip, Odisha, our teams provided essential healthcare equipment to the local Community Healthcare Centre, benefitting over 24,000 people.
  • Energy Efficiency – Solar street lights and solar photovoltaic panels were installed in the orphanage in Barauni, Bihar and local schools in Numaligarh, Assam. Approximately 900 children benefited.
  • Improved Access to Water – At various locations in Barmer our teams upgraded local infrastructure, helping ensure access to clean water for 2,300 people.
